01 / Scoring Model

Understanding Your Risk Score

Your Cultural Risk Score ranges from 0 to 100, calculated by analyzing your organization across the Four Prerequisites of Systemic Failure. Each prerequisite contributes up to 25 points, with higher scores indicating greater risk.

Score Range Risk Level Organizational Prediction
0 - 29 LOW RISK Strong cultural intelligence infrastructure. Continue monitoring and improving to maintain this competitive advantage. Focus on preventing complacency.
30 - 49 MEDIUM RISK Warning signs are present. Some cultural blind spots exist but have not reached critical mass. Now is the time to implement preventive measures.
50 - 69 HIGH RISK Significant vulnerabilities detected. Likely experiencing 1.5-2X baseline turnover, "quiet quitting" among 40-50% of diverse employees, and brand risk.
70 - 100 CRITICAL RISK All four prerequisites are present. Expect 2-3X higher turnover among diverse employees, 30-40% productivity losses, and 60-80% failure rates in retention.
02 / Question Design

Ask About Mechanisms, Not Only Beliefs

The strongest questions connect lived experience to observable organizational processes. We evaluate systems, not individual intent.

Promotion

Who decides? Are criteria documented? Are standards consistent? Is there an appeal route? Is "culture fit" used as an unexplained veto?

Hiring

Which signals are rewarded? Do referrals, prestige, accent, or communication style influence judgments beyond job-relevant qualifications?

Performance

Are standards objective? Do managers apply them consistently? Are subjective labels calibrated and documented?

Flexibility

Who receives flexibility, accommodation, or scheduling latitude? Can cultural, family, or religious needs be discussed safely?

Voice

Can employees challenge decisions? How are complaints investigated? What safeguards exist against retaliation?

Leadership

Who receives sponsorship, high-visibility work, decision access, and informal influence?

CONTEXTUAL

Nuanced Cultural Analysis

Contextual understanding of conflicting cultural frameworks. Explains why specific environments feel exclusionary and maps dignity violations.

PATTERN

Statistical Recognition

Data pattern recognition and historical pattern matching to predict retention risks, departure timelines, and cultural friction points.

SYNTHESIS

Comprehensive Assessment

Applies the Vianté Cultural Reasoning Framework to synthesize the above into actionable recommendations, moral vector analysis, and exact remediation steps.
